2. Minutes of the 2006 Annual General Meeting, 11th April, 2006.

3. Chairman’s Address.

4. Adoption of the Accounts for the year ending 31^st December 2006.

5. Appointment of an Honorary Auditor.

6. Election of Officers and Committee Members.

FOLLOWING A SHORT COFFEE BREAK THERE WILL BE:-

• A short update on Brookings down Wood by Christopher Woodd-Walker.
• A short introductory film describing the SHERFORD NEW COMMUNITY will be shown. This lasts for eight minutes and will be followed by a Question & Answer session at which representatives from REDTREE Ltd (The Developers) and the Planning Staff from the South Hams District Council will be present.
